"radio is 10-7!" the dispatcher answers. that basically tells everyone on the radio to keep his trap shut unless he's coming to help. not that everyone and his brother doesn't step all over each other trying to respond. the radio sounds like a digital accordion with all those guys transmitting at once. i'm just trying to get my car's blue light flashing and u-turn at the same time without getting into a wreck. the radio finally clears up as sammy's feet start moving faster than a man stomping grapes.
