Miliate jenna at her own birthday party, she locks herself in the closet and, wishes that she go just go straight to being thirty yearsfairy dust falls check it out old, the the movie leapsatop her head. new then to present-day york city as jenna wakes up and discovers she is in the body of a thirty year-old woman. allison murphy she has tons of shoes, a hunky hockey player boyfriend, and a job as the editor of poise, a vogue knockoff and no memory of the last seventeen years. to start i would like to say that i love following the discovery she learns that alias star jennifer garner. i think that she she has grown up to be woman who sneaks is an extremely talented actress. sadly, her around with married men, treating her famnewest film 13 going on 30 did not live up to ily and friends badly, and she has lost touch with her former doughy best friend who has grown up to be quite handsome artist in soho. 13 going on 30 is just another piece of safe movie entertainment, written by sitcom writers josh goldsmith and cathy yuspa, from the cbs sitcom the king of queens. gary winick directed the film. its difficult to decide whether i just dislike the movie or its almost phony outward appearance. in the film garner conveys a completely different attitude and appearance than the typically serious character she plays on abcs hit drama alias. in 13 going on 30 garner lets her girly, goofy side shine through and alias no more. jennifer garner has made the jump from primetime to its hard to take the big screen in her new flick 13 going on 30, in which she plays a your eyes off her inviting, high thirteen year-old girl in the body of an ambitious thirty year-old. wattage smile. she almost remy expectations. she played it safe in this minds me of a young julia roberts at the film, which is partly why i thought it was so beginning of her career. dull. now i'm not saying that this film is bad, the film opens when we see thirteen- it appeals to a vast audience. i just sayyear old jenna rink preparing for her birth- ing that this movie is nothing new or excitday party, and blossoming into womanhood. ing. it is simply a copycat film, emulating all she desires is to be cool. to help her an 80's classic. does big starring tom obtain this feat she invited the coolest kids hanks sounds familiar to you? yes i thought from school to her party. she also invited so. with virtually the same plot line and her best friend, a pudgy guy who is so in setting, it's hard to see anything special and love with her that he makes her a dollhouse unique about this film. but, take a chance, with magical fairy dust sprinkled on the top. you might like it. when the "cool kids" embarrass and hu.
Normally i just get a bunch of crap when i go to weddings and craps bet.
A friend once told me that when designing buildings, architects would seek the advice of artists and dreamers for inspiration and ideas. the dreamer would create images of beauty and splendor and then give them to the architect who knew immediately why the artist was a starving one. there was no way in hell that the structure that this artist envisioned would ever stand, but the ideas presented did influence the architect and the building. i will easily admit my ignorance of many things. i have never used any type of computer other than a windows 3.1 through xp ; pc. with the exception of 10 minutes in a compusa scratching my head in front of a mac looking for a right mouse button to click, and my dad's old commodore 64 that i used to write stupid programs in basic that only cycled the screen colors over and over. yeah, i know what your thinking. "with a resume like that, this guy knows what he is talking about!" i was actually thinking that i was more of a dreamer. i know what i would like to see in a shell, but have not a clue on what or how to create it. i have tried a few alternate shells. i even tried crap programs that are just eye candy placed on top of explorer. all of them have certain points that have merit. some because i really liked the implementation, other because i hated the implementation but really wanted it to be better since the idea was great. so what do i want out of a shell? i want the same as everybody else. i want it to be rock solid and stable. i want it to be fast. i want it to be easy on system resources. i want it to be professional in its installation & implementation. i want it to be able to auto update. i want it to be easily modified, customized, colorized, exorcized, and jazzercised. that's not too much to ask for is it? lets just go down the list: rock solid & stable. what does this mean? it means that i want to be able to have 10 different programs open then do something stupid and not lock up my pc. i know i just said i was the one who did something stupid, but i still don't want my computer locked up. easy enough to explain. explorer is really bad about this, even though it has got better in xp about not having to restart the whole computer. litestep has also given me some problems on this. sharpe was by far the most stable i have used. let me stress this is my opinion! speed. i know everyone out there would agree with this. when i click something, i want it right when i click it. how many times have you clicked the "start" button and just sat there looking at the button depressed waiting for the menu to pop up? my pc is not slow either. 512 mb ram and a p4 1.4 ghz is by no means a pokey little machine, but sometimes the damn menu's come up slow and programs don't launch, they lurch. and this is on every shell i have tried. litestep performs best here when you remove all the icons from the popup, but i like the icons sometimes. maybe i nitpicking, but dammit i dreaming here. easy on my resources. like i just said, my pc is by means slow. however that doesn't mean that i want to devote 25% of my resources to my shell. i understand that the more you want out of a shell, the more you have to give it. i just want to know that the resources it is using are being used responsibly. again litestep best represents this. using the right theme, i hardly use anything. easily half of what explorer can sometimes use. i doubt anyone will argue this point with me. professional installation & implementation. omar, you are the best thing to happen to litestep next to the creation of litestep. that being said, i sorry to say that sharpe has done this better than anoyone else. if anyone has installed this particular shell, i know you will agree with me. you feel right from the beginning that this shell has been refined and tweaked before given to you. i can't really put it into words how well done and professional sharpe feels when you install it. when using the shell, everything is intuitively laid out and everything makes sense. this is how working on an alternate shell should be - almost. still though, sharpe is great in this area and i feel as though my perfect shell would borrow heavily from it. auto update. isn't this a great thing? does this sound familiar? "i love working with this module! if only there was a newer version of it. let me go look at 10 different websites and try and find it!" i know, i a bad playwright. but you get the idea. and it shouldn't just be the modules or plug-ins, but core components of the shell should be auto updated also. maybe this should go under the installation & implementation, but i find it important enough to make it it's own point. sharpe has this capability, & it is great. ah, the biggest, baddest, and most likely the most important point: modification & customization. this may shock you, but i actually think that explorer fits this description. i know that litestep is the most customizable shell ever created, but it is not easy. at least to me. think about it; want a shortcut in your taskbar? just drag one to the quick launch bar. don't like the font? easy enough to change. want your task bar on the top, left, right, or on bottom? want it to be twice as thick, or would you like to hide it all together? want to change the color of it? you have an infinite choice of colors. and it is all easy to do. granted that it is the same theme no matter where you put it. sharpe is close to this; i mean you have an infinite amount of color schemes for your theme. but there is the problem, only one theme. litestep, oh wonderful litestep. you have come to save people from boring looking shells. anything you can imagine, you could probably make it. this is something i have always found amusing. on sharpe it is easy enough to modify the scheme of it, but it will always be the same theme. a rose is a rose is a rose. on litestep, you have an incredible amount of theme choices, but you are pretty much limited to what the creator wants. i know, i could fire up my text editor and photoshop and make it to my liking, but i lazy.

To provide the most effective aid possible in the wake of the tsunami, the american red cross, at this time, estimates that it will require approximately 0 million to provide emergency relief and meet the long-term needs that will emerge over the months and years to come. the immediate american red cross focus is on getting lifesaving help to families and individuals affected by the tsunamis. this includes distributing culturally appropriate food like rice, canned fish and lentils to millions of people. the red cross will also be rehabilitating water and sanitation systems to ensure that people have clean water and waste disposal systems. four other key areas covered by the relief plan are: 1 ; healthcare and disease prevention; 2 ; immediate family supplies; 3 ; mental health counseling; and 4 ; disaster preparedness and prevention measures. 1. my name is wesson and i sean's best friend. i live at 8 pine street not far from sean's place. sean and i have been friends since kindergarten---we have hung out forever. sean's parent and mine are even on the same bowling league. i in the rotc and plan on enlisting in the navy shortly after graduation. sean talked about going on to tech school but we figured that s he'd probably end up working in the gun shop--taking over the family business. i'm not sure that lee gave much thought to what s he'd do but a lot of people around here end up at the factory. sean, lee, and i all lived within blocks of each other growing up. lee was like our little shadow. lee was a few years younger and so sean always good-naturedly called lee "the kid". lee could be somewhat annoying, always wanting to follow us around and do what we did. we were nice about letting lee tag-along though. when sean and i started high school, lee couldn't wait to go there too. lee loved the status of hanging around with our senior friends. sean and i were a couple of grades ahead of lee in school, but you would not have guessed that from the way lee acted. lee was a quick learner and definitely knew how to hold his own. as far as talking crap and getting into trouble, lee could do it with the best of them. lee definitely did not seem to be afraid of anything. i once saw lee lay on the railroad tracks right before the trains came. i also saw lee and friends play chicken on their atvs on several occasions by clearwater creek. these incidents were usually preceded by a good deal of partying and consumption of mitch's big cow malt liquor. lee held the slamming record of our group; it blew my mind how fast lee could knock them back. sean was kind of a lightweight and couldn't drink very much without getting sick. i was worried when there were times we almost got caught but belonging to a group requires you to do what the group does, allegiance is important. we knew who our friends were and we would try to protect each other. loyalty is a quality that is admired. no one ever ratted anyone out. i turned 18 in january of my senior year at clearwater, and i took sean and lee with me to clearwater's muddy parlor to get my first tattoo. when we were there, lee thought that sean and him should get something pierced because neither of them was old enough for a tattoo. sean didn't want to and said so. lee said sean was just a coward and afraid of the pain. lee, showing that he could one up sean, decided to go ahead and get his tongue pierced. lee was just plain obnoxious the whole time we were there. later on, we heard how furious lee's parents were when they found out about the piercing but they never made lee take it out and craps bet.

It is now ordering our acts more intimately than we are apt to suspect because the dictates of public opinion become so thoroughly assimilated that they seem to be original and individual to those who are guided by them." --sir francis galton inventor of 'normal' ; "culprits such as nazism, fascism, the american genocide of native nations, ethnic cleansing, and the chinese genocide of tibet, have all been identified and dethroned. but no one has ever bothered to question the concept that spawned such movements: normal. " -tequilarius malignatus inventor of many abnormalities ; the stars are all against you. so why bother using astrology? the major religions areall slave-cults that were the engine behind tyrannicalempires. so why bother worshipping the slave-gods? theideologies are all symptoms of massive delusion. so why follow their tunnel vision realities? everything you know is a lie. you have illusions that need to be abused. and discordianism is here to do something about that. you may hold out hope that the blind goddess chaos will arise and free you from the world's situation. and you are wrong. chaos will not free you from itself. and you are chaos. you are not chaos like eris is chaos simply because she has had more experience at the game than you. but that's okay. you are surely chaos as much as we all are. abandon anti-chaos and learn something about the world for once. discordianism may help you do that. what? anti-chaos? you may think anti-chaos is a strange word to use for order. and that may be because you have mental constipationyou hold onto shit too tightly. i say anti-chaos just like i say anti-optimism. pessimism? just another word for crap. some of us here today don't have the luxury of indulging in the pessimistic, or rather anti-optimistic, outlook because we have to survive. the same goes for the outlook of order. order is just a trick of perception. it's what our foggy minds try to impose over patterns and habits of chaos. discordianism may get you to see this. some of you may think you know what discordianism is. and you are all absolutely right. or wrong. some of you will make absurd statements about worshipping eris and than not being pagan. some of you will say it's not about eris at all. some of you try to zen it up. or nihilize it down. some of you will say it's about illumination. some of you will say it's about disinformation. i could care less about what you think. i could care less what the non-discordians think. i certainly think i know what discordianism means to me. yet, eris could be playing a joke. i hope it's funny, at least. i can accept all your statements as equally valid and therefore absurd because i may be learning to be chaosophisticated enough to do so. or maybe that should be 'sophistichaoist'? ; normal is nothing more than anti-chaos. normality is nothing but the state of anti-chaosa stifling stagnation where anti-creativity is paraded about as exciting and new. such states of dis-chaos' are disgusting in their constipated insistence on holding on to order and imposing it's crap-stained precepts over everything. yuck! children of eris, you are all crazy enough to be free. so become free! flush the crap down the toilet or use it to fertilize your mindfucking gardens. eris does hand you freedom on a silver platter. but what happens after that? there are no guarantees that things will be easier. you just might find yourself a little happier. or you might find yourself miserable. that will be most likely up to you. your mind is yours, at least in principle, after all. discordianism may or may not help you with that. getting free is not about getting high, after all. there are many ways of achieving happiness without getting one iota of freedom. that is the basic premise of consumer society and the reason why consumer society works. i and craps table felt.
